The Michigan Capital Network operates a network of angel groups in Michigan. Each group is locally managed and is passionate about building the local business ecosystem. The MCN network as a whole helps syndicate deals throughout the state
MCN Angel Network:
- Historically: 15% Seed, 35% “A” rounds, 50% “B” or later
- Combined check size with MCN Venture Funds $50,000 – $1.5M
- Will generally form an SPV on check sizes over $350,000
- Typically syndicates with other regional angel groups and family offices
- Invests in companies located in Michigan and nearby states
